The 3-Step Thermal Technology
Step 1 – Thermal Shampoo (Deep Cleansing):
Function: A technical cleansing step that opens the cuticles in a controlled manner, eliminating residue and excess oil without causing damage or dryness. It prepares the hair strands to optimally absorb the active ingredients in the subsequent steps, ensuring the efficacy and longevity of the treatment.
Step 2 – Thermal Complex (Realignment and Replenishment):

Combined Use Protocol (Professional Step-by-Step Guide)
1. Preparation and Cleansing (Step 1 – Thermal Shampoo)
With damp hair, apply Thermal Shampoo Step 1 throughout the scalp and strands.
Gently massage until a creamy lather forms.
Rinse thoroughly.
If necessary, repeat the process to ensure complete opening and cleansing of the cuticles.
2. Treatment and Realignment (Step 2 – Thermal Complex)
Remove excess water from the hair using a towel.
Apply Thermal Step 2 Complex evenly, section by section (follow specific instructions for straightening/botox application, if applicable).
Leave on for the time specified by the technical protocol (depending on the desired result: discipline, reconstruction, or post-chemical treatment).
Rinse, removing the excess product while leaving a small amount on the strands for sealing (according to the manufacturer's protocol).
3. Sealing and Stabilization (Step 3 – Thermal Equil Mask)
After rinsing Step 2, apply Thermal Mask Step 3 Equil evenly from mid-lengths to ends.
Work the product into the strands to ensure penetration and alignment.
Leave on for 5 minutes to stabilize the pH and seal the cuticles.
Rinse thoroughly until the product is completely removed.
4. Thermal Finishing (Optional, Depending on Step 2)
Blow-dry and flat-iron the hair (in thin sections) for thermal sealing, if the protocol used in Step 2 was for straightening/discipline.
